Manufacturing Process:
Precision Cutting: Utilizing CNC laser cutting technology, precise cutting of the material fabric is carried out to ensure a dimensional error of ≤ 1%, meeting the requirements for the formed shape after inflation.
Reinforced Double Stitching: At key seams, double-thread sewing combined with heat-pressed edge sealing technology is employed to enhance the sealing performance and tear resistance, preventing air leakage or thread breakage after inflation.
High-Pressure Heat Bonding: The fabric seams undergo high-temperature and high-pressure heat bonding treatment, achieving high fusion and enhancing the overall structural strength to withstand collisions and impacts in marine environments.
Multi-Layer Coating Treatment: The surface is sprayed with UV protection layer and wear-resistant coating for dual protection, isolating ultraviolet rays and seawater erosion, and prolonging the service life.
Strict Air-Tightness Testing: The finished product undergoes a 24-hour high-pressure inflation test, with a pressure retention rate of ≥ 98%, ensuring no hidden leaks and stable sealing.
Edge Reinforcement Molding: The edges are treated with thickened edge wrapping and reinforced fastening design to strengthen the stressed points and prevent wear and deformation over long-term use.

- Triple Protection, Enhanced Damage Resistance: The tire layer combined with manganese steel chains forms dual physical barriers. Paired with the rubber body's tear resistance, it achieves a protective logic of “scratch and impact prevention first, shock absorption second.” Compared to standard Yokohama fenders, scratch and puncture resistance improves by 60%, extending service life to 8-12 years.
- Efficient Cushioning, Complete Impact Absorption: Building on Yokohama's “inflation-pressure transfer-elastic recovery” cushioning principle, combined with the high elasticity of composite rubber, it absorbs over 90% of impact forces during vessel berthing. Collision pressure is dispersed below 0.3MPa, effectively protecting both wharf concrete structures and vessel hull coatings.
- Structurally stable for high-load applications: Tire chain layers and fender bodies are secured with specialized adhesives and steel clips, achieving over 95% adhesion with no relative displacement during berthing. Operating pressure remains stable at 0.05-0.2MPa after inflation, with burst pressure ≥0.5MPa, accommodating vessels from 100,000 to 300,000 DWT.
- Flexible installation and easy maintenance: Supports multiple mounting methods including floating, suspended, and fixed configurations. Custom installation plans can be tailored to dock structures (e.g., caisson docks, gravity docks). Routine maintenance requires only periodic checks of chain tightness and inflation pressure. Individual tire sections can be replaced after wear, reducing maintenance costs.
- Strong environmental adaptability: Withstands extreme temperatures from -30°C to 80°C with excellent UV resistance. After 5,000 hours of UV exposure, rubber elasticity retention exceeds 85%. Suitable for harsh environments including seawater, oil contamination, and salt spray, with no special usage restrictions.
